Pollentia Properties is proud to have sold last week a very beautiful and typical Mallorcan vineyard property in Alaro, one of only two in that area of the island.
After six months of negotiations and preparation we are satisfied to have closed this deal with international investors who were specifically seeking a working vineyard in Mallorca.
The main house dates originally from the 17th century and is complemented by a previous shoe factory now converted into a wine cellar, along with a modern tasting area.
The property comprises a total of ten hectares with a producing vineyard where the new owners will shortly start their first production of their Vi de la Terra, Serra de Tramuntana wine.
The new owners aim to produce top quality wines and have plans to plant more vines in the coming years, as well as to build a private residence and renovate the main house.
