Upon completion this villa was a fantastic starting point for creating an idyllic property on the island. Although the property had been built to a very high standard it lacked the essence of a Mallorcan villa. To begin with, it had some fantastic features such as its location in a quiet residential area in the highly sought after area of Pollensa at only a short distance from this beautiful northern town and surrounded by beautiful countryside which made it the perfect starting point for an impressive property in Mallorca.
As a result of extensive planning and designing, JS HOME Collection has transformed our unfurnished villa in Pollensa into a bright and welcoming space. The home now features a common theme with light floors and neutral fabrics making a perfect blend with the surrounding environment. The features full of character present in these properties have been brought to life and really stand out in each room. The simple yet elegant pieces of furniture have created an atmosphere of warmth and relaxation making it the perfect property for a home in Mallorca.
