The Pollensa Fair will be taking place on November 11th, 12th and 13th. This event is a historical tradition dating back to the end of the 18th century and its aim is to give visibility to and promote local culture.

The Pollensa fair consists of a considerable number of activities covering different interests and areas. The programme is based above all on crafts and agricultural activities in the region.
Craft Exhibition
When the fair started being held again, the Craft Exhibition was established in 1984 in the Santo Domingo Cloisters. Since then, this Exhibition has become one of the hallmark features of the Pollensa Fair.
Every year numerous professionals in the field in Mallorca come together to show their work to visitors. The work produced by the crafts people represents the culture of Pollensa.
Agricultural Exhibition
An agricultural show is traditional at the fair. The geographical location of Pollensa means that agriculture plays an important role in the local economy.
At last year´s fair, the Cooperativa de Pagesos of Pollens worked closely with the Town Hall to prepare a programme of events of which the highlight was a display of products of Pollensa Lamb, a breed native to the region.
In addition, there was a cookery display, a sheep pen on show to the public and a cockerel show.
