POSITION FILLED: Fill a vacancy in the administration department

Pollentia Properties is an estate agency in constant growth with offices in Palma and Pollensa and so we are always in need of more staff. 

Therefore, we are currently looking for an experienced candidate for our Administration Department and who must be able to carry out the normal day today activities of the company.   

Requirements:

• Live in Mallorca already and have the correct paperwork to work in Spain (NIE/DNI/Residency/TIE/SS number).
• Two years minimum experience.
• Handling and management of documents and notifications.
• Ability to organize administrative management.
• Compliance with protocols and deadlines.
• Experience in consultants or lawyer´s office.
• Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
