Pollentia Properties is expanding thanks to its success in the north of Mallorca and Palma, and we would like to achieve the same with other sales teams in different regions of the island of Mallorca.
- Responsible for recruiting, establishing objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of sales consultants.
- Designing and implementing a sales plan strategy for the designated area.
A more thorough explanation of the tasks will be provided during the interview.
- Live in Mallorca already and have the correct paperwork to work in Spain (NIE/DNI/Residency/TIE/SS number).
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate sector.
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Mallorca.
- Large portfolio of properties for sale.
- Large portfolio of buyers.
- Promotion of properties through the website, international portals and digital marketing strategies.
- Extensive network of architects, developers, lawyers and other industry professionals.
- Administrative support.
- Parking space.
- Discounts in the restaurants: Bellver, Brutus.
- Ability to use the gym and multipurpose room with kitchen for events.
Competitive remuneration package:
- Base salary + sales commissions as follows:
· A percentatge from their sales team's results
· When the Sales Manager acts exclusively as Sales Agent
· When the Sales Manager acts exclusively as Listing Agent, plus additional commissions for:
- Sole agency (exclusivity) when property has been sold
- Fees obtained when property has been sold
- Additional commissions for using:
· Currency exchange companies, mortgage brokers and other services.
