This is probably the most important Boat Show held in Mallorca. This year the Palma Boat Show will take place from April 27th to May 1st in the Port in Palma. Firms and professionals from this sector will be participating and at the same time all the latest trends and tendencies in the boating world will be on show. The show will be open from 11.00 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Tuesday until 12 p.m. and the costs for the entrance tickets start from 7 euros.
This is a new show which was presented this month and which aims at promoting the sailing, touristic and cultural values of Porto Cristo. It will be held on April 19th and 20th and there will be several different events including sailing activities, master boat builders, itinerant shows, exhibitions, music, street stalls, seafood tapas, regattas, visits to caves, storytelling, presentations and a lot more.
This event aspires to be a showcase for boats and articles for water sports and at the same time to promote seafood in general and especially cuttlefish. This is the reason why restaurants in Alcudia participate in this show with a series of dishes in which the main ingredient is cuttlefish. There will also be other events such as live music or a visit from the Association of Fishermen of Alcudia, making this a colourful and attractive event.
